Choose a Premier Plastic Surgery Office for Your Injectables
Our Surgeon Is Double Board Certified
Our New York City team is led by an accomplished surgeon, Dr. Craig Foster. He has earned board certification in two different areas: Otolaryngology and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. His knowledge of functionality and aesthetics creates safe and stunning transformations.
We Feature a Wide Variety of Options
From BOTOX to JUVÉDERM, our team offers an artfully chosen selection of injectables. Our variety of options allows us to truly tailor treatment to your features and goals. Plus, we can further refine your appearance with chemical peels.
We Create Subtle Transformations
Selecting a careful, qualified professional is crucial for your final results. As a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Foster is held to a strict ethical code. He will only recommend treatment if it's safe and will never risk your health or results. He also routinely provides revisions to correct the work of other surgeons.
Achieve Your Goals With Financing
Our New York, NY, team accepts cash and major credit cards for fillers and botulinum toxin treatment. Want to begin, but need a little assistance? To help you invest in your confidence, we also accept flexible financing from CareCredit®.
Another Benefit of Injectables? They Offer "Non-Surgical Nose Jobs"
If you're unhappy with the shape of your nose, you don't necessarily need rhinoplasty, or any surgical procedure, for great results. That's because BOTOX and fillers both have another application: non-surgical nose jobs.
They can be a great way to refine the shape and appearance of your nose. Dr. Foster and his New York, NY, team can help you weigh the advantages and disadvantages of each option during a consultation, allowing you to find the best solution for your needs.
Subtle results speak volumes. Our Park Avenue practice uses injectables to create natural-looking augmentation that can simply be attributed to rest and relaxation.
What Are My Options
for Treating Signs of Aging?
With so many injectables out on the market, like Restylane and Dysport®, it can be easy to get your treatment options confused. Our New York City practice uses two kinds of injectables: dermal fillers and botulinum toxin products. Each serves a specific purpose, allowing us to target your treatment to your precise cosmetic goals.
BOTOX
Among all the injection options on the market, BOTOX has the most name recognition. It is used to smooth a variety of wrinkles and lines, allowing you to achieve younger-looking skin. Typically, you can expect the effects to remain for four to six months.
Dermal Fillers
When we inject dermal fillers, our skilled team can add volume to targeted areas of your face. This results in fuller features and a more youthful appearance. Examples of well-known dermal fillers include Restylane, Sculptra®, and JUVÉDERM. Some can soften fine lines. Others can add volume to your:
- Lips
- Cheeks
- Eye Hollows
- Jaw
- Chin

Now Offering Dysport
Dr. Foster's practice is now offering Dysport®, a botulinum toxin injectable similar to BOTOX that works by temporarily relaxing the muscles responsible for expression lines. Dysport is well suited for moderate to severe frown lines between the brows and spreads slightly more than BOTOX, which can make it a good option for treating larger surface areas. Results typically appear within two to three days and last three to four months. During your consultation, Dr. Foster will help you determine whether BOTOX or Dysport is the right fit for your anatomy and goals.
Our Selection of Dermal Fillers
From more luscious lips to a sculpted facial profile, there are plenty of reasons to choose filler treatments. Our plastic surgeon in New York, NY, currently offers filler injections from trusted brands like:
The RHA Collection:
Fillers Designed for How Your Face Moves
The RHA® Collection is the first line of hyaluronic acid fillers FDA-approved specifically for dynamic wrinkles, the lines caused by repetitive facial movements like smiling, squinting, and frowning. Unlike traditional fillers, which can appear stiff in high-movement areas, RHA fillers are processed to preserve the natural structure of hyaluronic acid, allowing them to flex with your expressions for a softer, more lifelike result. It's a natural fit for Dr. Foster's Park Avenue practice, where the goal has always been results that look like you, just rested.
The collection includes four formulations suited to different concerns:
RHA 2 for moderate wrinkles and lip contour
RHA 3 for deeper folds and cheek volume
RHA 4 for significant volume restoration
RHA Redensity, the first FDA-approved filler for perioral wrinkles around the mouth
Because the RHA Collection is only available at select practices, offering it reflects Dr. Foster's commitment to staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine. He will recommend the right option, or combination, during your consultation.
What to Expect During
Your Injectables Appointment

Every appointment begins with a consultation. Dr. Foster will assess your facial structure, review your goals, and walk you through the options that make the most sense for your anatomy. Come prepared with a list of any medications or supplements you're taking, as some can increase bruising risk.
Most treatments take 15 to 45 minutes. Topical numbing cream can be applied beforehand, and many fillers contain lidocaine to improve comfort during injection. There's little to no downtime, and most patients return to normal activities the same day, with mild swelling or redness that typically resolves within a few days.
BOTOX results appear within three to seven days and last four to six months; filler results are immediate and can last six months to over a year, depending on the product and area treated. We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise and prolonged sun exposure for 24 to 48 hours after treatment.
